Hunterdon Healthcare and The Paint Party Studio in Flemington are pleased to present Paint the Town Red: Women and Heart Health which will be held on Thursday, February 21st from 6:30 p.m. 8:00 p.m. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in women. Identifying your risk level is key to prevention. Rupen Parikh, M.D., Cardiologist, Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates will speak about knowing your risk level for heart disease and keeping your heart healthy which includes reducing stress in our lives. One way to reduce stress is finding an activity you enjoy. Painting is a great way to explore your creative side, learn a new skill and just take a break from your busy life. All attendees will learn to paint a beautiful painting featuring a pair of birds. Attendees are encouraged to wear red to the event and will also enjoy a heart healthy refreshments. The event will be held at The Paint Party Studio which is located at 48 Main Street in Flemington. The fee to attend is $25 and The Paint Party Studio is donating $5 of every ticket sold to Hunterdon Medical Center.
